Technicians will first find the best way to access the damaged area, often by removing panels, lights, or other components, or through existing access points like door frames or wheel wells.
Using specialized tools, the technician will gently massage or push the dent from behind the panel to restore it to its original shape. They might use tools like rods, hammers, or glue pulls, depending on the dent's location and depth.
